Website Maintanence Training

Upon completion of every website we like to offer our clients numerous options in regards to the future of their website.  We offer two options to all of our clients to ensure the quality of the site in the future and allow the site to maintained and updated routinely.

Depending on the project, the majority of our clients will have some type of Content Management System installed on their website.  A content management system allows the customer to be trained in maintaining and updating their website without any technical knowledge necessary.  A content manage system allows the customer to do some of the following things on their own with proper training:

  • Update/Submit News Articles
  • Update Contact Information
  • Upload Images, Videos, Files, etc...
  • Manage subscriptions, send newsletters
  • Write in their blog (if included in design)
  • Much more...

We provide the option to all of our customers to receive basic training in managing their own website.  This is intended to provide added value to the customer in the long run, and decrease costs over time.

The customer can select from two options.  Personal (one on one) training in updating and maintaining their own website for a flat fee of $69.99.  If the customer would rather not worry about their website and leave it up to myRise Design, we will update anything on your website, at any time, for an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour (minimum ONE hour of work per update).
