The Battle for The Title of Best 3rd Party Twitter Client Over the past several weeks I have made it my personal mission to test out many of the most popular 3rd party Twitter clients to see which one provides the most value and best features.  Of the software tried, only two stood out as worth discussing.  TweetDeck and Hootsuite are by far the two most popular Twitter clients and are used by thousands of people daily.  Both of these clients offer great features, but in order to find out which client would be the best choice for your needs, there of course has to be a winner in the Battle of the Twitter Clients.

Using Programs Like HootSuite and TweetDesk Harming Facebook Traffic Over the last several days, fans of the myRise Design Facebook & Twitter pages may have noticed a recent blasting of automated content.  This is the result of a trial run with the "ease of use" automation software from HootSuite.  After initially finding the software useful and great for managing multiple profiles, I took it upon myself to try out their 30 trial of the pro version, to see how well I enjoyed the automatic posting, bulk tweet/post scheduling and the RSS feed integration.  After scheduling 2 days worth of tweets, posts and RSS links, I found it very interesting to not only notice an increase an exposure, increase in Twitter fans but also a descrease in Facebook fans.  While the exposure levels for the Facebook page increased, it was apparent that the automation was driving Facebook users insane, or at least…

Facebook is a powerful tool for increasing your small business exposure, increasing traffic to your blog or website, and overall a great way to connect with both current and potential customers.  If you are currently trying to advertise and market your small business or website online, you should already have the social media basics down (Facebook, Twitter, Blog, etc...)  If you haven't jumped on that bandwagon, I suggest you do so or the information in this article will not help you market your small business.
